This is version 2 of the Front Store creator agreement. It applies when you create, publish, and promote a storefront through Front Store.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and use only social profiles and payout details that you are authorised to control.
2. Your storefront and content
You are responsible for the text, images, links, and recommendations you publish. Your content must be honest, based on your genuine experience, and must not make misleading, unsafe, unlawful, medical, or unapproved product claims. Everything you publish through Front Store must also follow the content policy.
3. Advertising disclosure
You must clearly label promotional content as advertising, such as with a prominent "Ad" label, and disclose your commercial relationship with Front Store and participating brands wherever the law or platform rules require it. You must not hide, remove, or contradict the commission disclosure shown on Front Store storefronts. The content policy says what a clear label is.
4. Products and availability
Front Store may remove, restrict, or temporarily hide a product or storefront for availability, safety, legal, brand, or platform reasons. You may remove a recommendation at any time.
5. Commission
The commission shown when a shopper buys through your storefront is calculated on the price of each item on the brand's order, excluding VAT and after any discount on it, at the rate recorded for that order. It is not paid on delivery charges. Visiting another storefront does not transfer an existing cart line to another creator.
6. Earnings and payouts
Shoppers pay the brand directly, on the brand's own checkout. Front Store never holds a shopper's money: your commission is paid out of the commission the brand pays Front Store.
Front Store bills the brand for your commission once they have confirmed the order was dispatched. It becomes payable to you only after the brand has paid Front Store for it. If a brand has not paid, the commission on their sales waits until they do.
Front Store pays what is payable once a week, by PayPal to the PayPal address on your account, or by another method Front Store agrees with you. A balance below the payout minimum shown in your console carries over to the next week. New accounts have a weekly payout limit for a short period after joining, also shown in your console. You must complete the required payout checks before Front Store can send funds. PayPal's processing time is outside Front Store's control.
7. Refunds and payment checks
If an item is refunded before it ships, its commission is reduced or removed to match. If some of an item's units are refunded after it ships, the commission on those units is removed, unless it has already been scheduled for payout or paid, in which case you keep it. If every unit of an item is refunded after it ships, the commission on that item stands, even when the units are refunded at different times: commission removed after an earlier refund on the item is restored. An order that is cancelled is treated as a refund of every unit on it, on the day it is cancelled: an item cancelled before it ships earns no commission, and one cancelled after it ships keeps its commission. An order the shopper never paid for earns no commission. Front Store may delay payout while identity, fraud, or security checks are unresolved, and holds payouts for 48 hours after the PayPal address on your account changes.
8. Licence to display your content
You give Front Store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display the content and account identifiers you submit for operating and promoting your storefront. You keep ownership of your content and may end this licence by removing it, except where retention is required for records, disputes, or law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may pause your storefront or close your account subject to outstanding orders and payment obligations. Front Store may restrict or remove access to protect buyers, brands, the platform, or comply with law, including when you break the content policy or the section on brands you meet through Front Store. Amounts already validly earned remain subject to the payout and verification rules above.
10. Changes
Material changes are issued as a new agreement version. You must accept the current version the next time you use your creator account, before you can carry on or publish again. Existing transactions keep the version recorded when they were made.
11. Inviting other creators
You can invite other creators to Front Store with your invite link. If someone joins through your link and sells through their own storefront, Front Store pays you a share of Front Store's own fee on those sales. It never comes out of their commission: the creator you invite earns exactly what they would have earned if nobody had invited them.
The share is the rate shown on your Invite screen at the time they join, and it applies for 12 months from the day they join. That rate is fixed for that creator. If Front Store changes the rate later, the change applies only to creators who join after it.
A creator can only be credited to one inviter, and that is settled when they join — it cannot be changed or transferred afterwards. You are paid only when someone you invited makes a sale. Nothing is paid for signing someone up, and there is no payment for recruiting on its own.
A referral share follows the sale it came from. It is earned, held, and paid on the same terms as your own commission in sections 6 and 7, including the payout minimum and the checks described there. If the sale is refunded or cancelled, the share is reduced, removed or kept exactly as section 7 treats your own commission on that refund or cancellation.
If you close your account, or Front Store removes it, you stop earning on creators you invited from that point. Referral shares you have already earned are still paid under section 6.
Invite people who will genuinely sell. Front Store may cancel a referral and any unpaid share on it where an account was created to game the programme, such as self-invites, duplicate accounts, or accounts that exist only to be counted. Front Store may also pause the programme.
The person you invite is told who invited them. You are not told who has joined on your link: you see how many creators joined and how many are selling, and what you have earned from them in total and week by week, never a name, handle or storefront.
12. Brands you meet through Front Store
For 12 months after you first make a sale for a brand through Front Store, you must not agree to be hired or paid by that brand, or to sell for it, other than through Front Store, unless Front Store agrees in writing. This covers sponsorships, paid or gifted posts, affiliate and commission deals, and discount codes, whether the brand approaches you itself or through an agency or anyone else acting for it. It does not cover a brand you can show you were already working with before that first sale.
If a brand you met through Front Store asks you to deal with it outside Front Store, tell us at support@mystorefront.com. If you break this section, Front Store may restrict or remove your account under section 9. Commission you validly earned before then is still paid under section 6.
Subject to legal review.
