This policy is part of the creator agreement. It applies to everything you publish through Front Store or to promote a Front Store link: your storefront, its name and address, your profile, the products you pick and what you say about them, and your posts and clips. Agencies make sure the creators they introduce follow it.
Subject to legal review.
1. Content you must not publish
- Anything unlawful where you or your audience are, or that promotes unlawful activity.
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
- Sexually explicit content, and graphic violence or gore.
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats against any person or group.
- Content that encourages self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges.
- False or misleading claims about a product: health, medical or weight-loss claims, results you did not get, reviews you did not write from your own experience, or invented scarcity or prices.
- Someone else's photos, music, video or other work without permission, beyond the brand media the brand agreement lets you use.
- Another person's private information, such as their address, phone number or documents.
- Spam and manipulation: bought followers, views or engagement, buying through your own links, or getting others to do so, to earn commission.
2. Impersonation
Be yourself. You must not pretend to be another person, creator or brand, or Front Store, or present yourself as speaking for them. Use only social accounts you control. Do not say or suggest that a brand sponsors or endorses you beyond selling its products through Front Store, and do not set up accounts or storefronts in a brand's name.
3. Ad disclosure
The creator agreement requires you to label promotional content as advertising. In practice:
- Every post, story, video or clip that links to Front Store or features a product you earn on is an ad.
- Put a clear label such as "Ad" at the start, where people see it before they tap "more": in the first line of a caption, on screen in a video, and said out loud if the video has no on-screen text.
- Use the platform's own paid-partnership or branded-content tool too, where it has one.
- Label each post, every time. A note in your bio is not enough.
- Do not hide, crop out or contradict the commission disclosure on your storefront, and do not describe a product you earn on as unpaid or impartial.
4. What happens if content breaks this policy
We review content we find and content people report to us, and act in proportion to the breach. We tell you which part of the policy we applied, though not how we detected it.
- Taking content down. We may hide a product, a post or a storefront, or ask you to change it.
- Restriction. Your storefronts and links stop selling and show a holding page, and payouts wait, until the restriction is lifted. Your console shows the reason.
- Removal. For a serious or repeated breach we remove your account: your storefronts are taken down for good and you can no longer sign in. Commission you validly earned before the removal is still paid under the creator agreement.
A serious breach, such as content that sexualises a minor, can lead straight to removal and a report to the authorities.
5. Appeals
If we restrict your account or hold your payouts, you can appeal from your creator console. Someone other than the person who restricted you decides the appeal, and if they overturn it the restriction is lifted straight away. If you think we removed your account by mistake, write to support@mystorefront.com from the email address on the account.
6. Reporting content
To report a storefront or post that breaks this policy, email support@mystorefront.com with a link to it and what is wrong.
