Questions brands ask
When do I pay?
Nothing to join, and nothing to pay until an order ships. The commission on each order you have shipped goes on your Shopify bill. Every figure, including what Front Store charges, is shown before you go live.
Who owns the customer and the money?
You do. Buyers pay on your Shopify checkout, and Front Store never holds their money or sees their card or address.
What about returns?
They stay in your own Shopify, as they do today. If an item is refunded before it ships, you owe nothing on it.
