Questions studios ask

Does Front Store touch my keys?

No. Your store's key-delivery app sends them. Front Store never stores, shows, prices or delivers a key.

Is Front Store part of Steam?

No. Front Store is an independent marketplace. The keys are Steam keys, and buyers redeem them in Steam.

What if a buyer disputes the payment?

Payments happen on your Shopify checkout, so a dispute goes to your own payment provider, the same as any other order in your store.

Is this a grey-market site?

You can tell creators who you are. Until Front Store has checked it, creators see “Brand says: sold by the developer”. Once Front Store has checked it, they see “Developer · checked by Front Store”.
