You are buying from the brand
Every product on Front Store is sold by the brand named on it, not by Front Store or by the creator. When you buy, your contract is with that brand, on the brand's own terms. The brand is responsible for the product, its delivery, returns, refunds, your right to cancel and any warranty.
What Front Store does
Front Store shows creators' storefronts of products they recommend. Prices are the brand's own, including VAT; delivery and any discount codes are worked out on the brand's checkout. When you press “Pay on” a brand, we take you to that brand's own Shopify checkout with your bag filled in. A bag can hold products from up to three brands, and you pay each brand separately on its own checkout.
You pay the brand there. Front Store never takes your payment, never holds your money and never sees your name, address, email or phone number. Our part ends when we hand you over to the brand's checkout.
Creators earn commission
Creators earn a commission on sales made through their storefront, and every storefront says so. The brand pays it out of the sale; you pay the brand's own price.
Digital products
Game keys and other digital products are delivered by the brand after you pay. Front Store never sees, stores or sends a key.
